By browsing or ordering from Verrati you agree to the terms below. We may update them at any time, and the version published here when you place your order is the one that applies.

Products and descriptions

We describe every piece as accurately as we can and photograph it under neutral light. Screens show colour differently, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the item. The measurements in our size guide are a guide and not a specification.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability can change without notice. Our stock moves quickly and in small quantities. If an item sells out between your order and our picking it, we contact you and refund that line in full.

If a price is listed in error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the wrong price. We contact you first and you choose between paying the correct price and cancelling for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including when we suspect fraud, when we cannot deliver to the address, or when stock is unavailable. A refused or cancelled order is refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and photography on this site belong to Verrati or to our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country.

FAQ

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days in the United States and 5–9 business days across Europe.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks and peak periods can add a few days.

What does shipping cost, and will I owe customs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order. You see the exact amount before you confirm payment, and nothing is added afterwards.

Customs duties and import taxes, when they apply, are set by the destination country.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page lists the sizes available for that specific piece, and our size chart converts between US, UK and EU.

If you are between sizes, write to us with the piece you are looking at and your usual size and we will tell you which one to take.

What if I need to return something?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, with the tags still attached.

Write to us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions. Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund your original payment method.

Is checkout secure, and what can I pay with?

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link.

If 48 hours have passed since that e-mail and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually change the size, correct the address or cancel it. Send us your order number as quickly as you can.

Once a parcel is with the carrier we can no longer modify it, and from that point the route is a return.
