Dispatch

We check, pack and hand orders to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off leave on the next dispatch day. As soon as your parcel leaves us you receive an e-mail with a tracking link.

Delivery estimates

United States — 2–4 business days after dispatch
Europe — 5–9 business days after dispatch

These are estimates and not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather and carrier backlogs in peak periods can add a few days. Your tracking link always has the most accurate information about where your order is.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order. You see the exact amount before you confirm payment, and nothing is added afterwards.

Customs and import duties

Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient. They are not included in the price shown at checkout. For most orders within the United States and the European Union no additional charge applies.

Tracking

If 48 hours have passed since your dispatch e-mail and the tracking has not moved, write to us through our contact page and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us before the parcel is dispatched and we will correct it. Once the carrier has the parcel we can no longer redirect it, and a parcel that comes back to us because the address was undeliverable is refunded minus the shipping cost.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days in the United States and 5–9 business days across Europe.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page lists the sizes available for that specific piece, and our size chart converts between US, UK and EU.

If you are between sizes, write to us with the piece you are looking at and your usual size and we will tell you which one to take.

What if I need to return something?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, with the tags still attached.

Write to us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions. Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund your original payment method.

Is checkout secure, and what can I pay with?

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link.

If 48 hours have passed since that e-mail and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually change the size, correct the address or cancel it. Send us your order number as quickly as you can.

Once a parcel is with the carrier we can no longer modify it, and from that point the route is a return.
